As an NMDP volunteer\, you'll help students learn how a simple cheek swab can give patients battling blood cancers and blood disorders a second chance at life.\nWhether you're passionate about healthcare\, service\, or simply giving back\, this is a great opportunity to connect with fellow students while supporting a mission that saves lives.\n🌟 Volunteer Roles Include:\nGreeting and engaging with students attending the festival\nSharing how the NMDP Registry works and why donor diversity matters\nAssisting individuals through the quick and easy registration process\nAnswering questions about blood stem cell donation and NMDP's mission\nCreating an inviting\, energetic\, and educational experience for attendees\nEach year\, thousands of patients diagnosed with blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma depend on finding a matching donor for a second chance at life. For more than 30 years\, NMDP has managed the world's most diverse marrow registry—connecting patients with the cures they need.
