Even modest refunds have an impact.AARP Tax-Aide CounselorsProvide free tax preparation and filing services.Review and discuss taxpayer information and documents.Enter data into TaxSlayer software and review for accuracy.No previous tax experience is necessary.Every year\, from early February to mid-April\, Tax-Aide volunteers work on site to prepare and file taxpayer returns.As an AARP Tax-Aide volunteer\, you’ll receive training and support\, learn new skills\, and connect with people in your community while helping others. You will have fun and feel good knowing you're making a positive impact with a team of volunteers.Volunteers come from a variety of industries\, ranging from retirees to college students\, and do not need to be AARP members.
