DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Braden River Middle School & FFA\n\nUnited Way Suncoast is excited to partner with Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee County to bring you this volunteer opportunity for Stuff the Bus! The Food Bank of Manatee\, a PLUS program of Meals on Wheels PLUS of Manatee\, is the only food bank based in Manatee County and we need your help to Stuff the Bus this year! 100% of the proceeds and food collected will stay in Manatee County. There will be a donation table and a school bus at every Publix site. Community members can buy or donate grocery items to "stuff" the school bus in the parking lot. All donations will benefit The Food Bank of Manatee.\nVolunteer Roles Include:\nGreeting and accepting donations from shoppers\nSorting and organizing food items\nPacking boxes and loading them onto the bus\nEvent Details:\nTwo shifts available at each location\nRain or shine — volunteers will be outdoors\, so dress comfortably!\nVolunteers may be asked to lift boxes over 20 lbs\nAll spots are first come\, first served — no walk-ups allowed\nImportant Notes:\nYouth ages 8-12 can be registered through their parent or guardian's account.\nTeens age 13 and up must register through their own volunteer account.\nYouth ages 8-15 are required to attend with a parent or guardian.\nSpace is limited\, so sign up early to secure your spot!\nAddress: 3913 Manatee Ave W\, Bradenton\, FL 34205\nThank you for volunteering!\n\nMinimum age: 8.\n\nDetails: https://findyourtwo.org/opp/?id=21396
