This role involves coordinating board meetings\, managing communications\, preparing materials\, and ensuring that our board members have everything they need to lead effectively.\nIf you thrive on organization\, enjoy working behind the scenes to enable impactful governance\, and want to support youth empowerment at the leadership level\, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nSchedule and coordinate board meetings\, committee meetings\, and special board events\nPrepare and distribute meeting agendas\, materials\, and minutes in a timely manner\nServe as the primary point of contact between board members and staff\nMaintain board records\, track action items\, and follow up on board decisions\nSupport onboarding for new board members and coordinate board orientation sessions\nAssist with board development activities and annual planning\nIdeal Candidate\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nPrior experience in board support\, executive assistance\, or nonprofit governance preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency with Google Workspace\, Zoom\, and project management tools\nDiscretion\, professionalism\, and ability to handle confidential information\nDeep commitment to supporting youth development and community impact\nAPPLY HERE\n\nMin\n\nDetails: https://findyourtwo.org/opp/?id=22153
