Participate in SacACT events when possible.Position Overview: Fund Development Committee members at SacACT play a crucial role in shaping the organization's fundraising and fund development initiatives. This volunteer role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to SacACT’s growth and development by leveraging expertise in fundraising\, marketing\, communications\, and community engagement. Individuals with skill sets in one or more areas can contribute in a variety of ways to help meet the committee’s and SacACT’s goals.As a key committee member\, you will enjoy contributing to meaningful fundraising and fund development initiatives\, networking opportunities with professionals in philanthropy\, communications\, and community development\, skill development in fundraising\, strategic planning implementation\, and effective communication\, and the satisfaction of playing a vital role in enhancing the community's well-being and growth. Committee service provides a great opportunity to learn more about SacACT and to consider a future role as a SacACT board member.
