DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Ride Connection\n\nStore to Door supports independent living for seniors and adults with disabilities by providing an affordable\, personal\, volunteer-based grocery shopping and delivery service in Portland\, Oregon.\nFood Box Kindness Couriers (drivers) Needed! If you are looking for a fulfilling weekly volunteer position helping seniors and people with disabilities maintain their independence\, this is for you!\nDeliveries are made on Fridays between 10am and 12pm. Food boxes are already packed and ready for pickup at the Portland Open Bible Church. Each week you'll deliver to your clients\, enjoy a brief visit\, and know you've made a huge difference to someone in need.\nWe have routes available in SE\, NE\, N\, SW Portland and Beaverton! You use your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed\, 62.5 cents every mile). Valid drivers license and background check required.
