DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Brighton Hospice\n\nBrighton Hospice invites you to share the love of our country with a Veteran hospice patient. Through our Veteran to Veteran volunteer program our goal is to match up Veteran volunteers with our Veteran hospice patients.As a military member\, you know that the fraternity of service is both unmatched and sacred. Veterans can face unique and physical challenges at the end of their lives. Veteran volunteers have a unique ability to create rapport and support Veterans who are facing a life-limiting illness. Their common language and experiences serve to form a strong bond of friendship and companionship.Our volunteers of all backgrounds and life experiences are an important piece of the puzzle within our team.
