The Development & Recruitment VISTA will strengthen ACE’s organizational capacity by enhancing its outreach\, communications\, and recruitment infrastructure.Duties & Responsibilities:Development & Outreach:Develop a consistent outreach schedule and materials to maintain ongoing engagement with partners and the community.Structure a process for a weekly newsletter for the organization\, stakeholders\, and the public promoting available opportunities.Evaluate effectiveness of social media and print materials. Write an evaluative report. Identify data on these efforts\, number of people reached and applied based on social media or print materials.Recruitment:Develop outreach strategies to recruit volunteers\, interns\, or potential candidates.Create a strategy to increase ACE’s exposure to the workforce\, deepen current partnerships\, and initiate new partnerships.
