DESCRIPTION:Hosted by St. Croix Hospice\n\nSt. Croix Hospice is looking for veterans to make companionship visits to our veteran patients. As a companionship volunteer you can enrich the lives of terminally ill patients in your community. Visits may involve playing games\, reading a book\, watching a movie\, a walk or just enjoyable conversation. Hours are extremely flexible.Become a friend/companion to a patient when they really need it most! If you have a little extra time and are looking for something rewarding to do\, look no further. When assigned to a patient\, we will review the details of the patient’s life before we introduce you to them.
