DESCRIPTION:Hosted by ADVOCAP\n\nADVOCAP's Transportation Program needs compassionate and dedicated drivers who live in Winnebago County!Volunteers transport Winnebago County residents in need\; based on requests by Winnebago Department of Health Services (DHS) case workers and Winnebago Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Volunteers choose who they would like to transport\; children\, seniors\, or other individuals and when they are available to provide rides.Must be at least age 55 with a good driving record\, reliable transportation and proof of insurance. Drivers are needed Monday - Sunday.Choose the rides you want!
