DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Minneapolis VA Health Care System\n\nVTN (Volunteer Transportation Network) Volunteer drivers provide transportation for Veterans located within the Winona County area to and from the Minneapolis VA Medical Center\, Tomah VA Medical Center\, La Crosse CBOC\, Rochester CBOC and Community Care for their appointments. Drivers use a DAV supplied van to transport our Veterans and will start and end their day within Winona County.
