DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Preferred Hospice of Southwest Missouri\n\n.Volunteer Opportunity with Preferred Hospice of OzarkPreferred Hospice of Ozark urgently seeks compassionate volunteers to provide companionship to patients in long-term care facilities and their homes across the greater Springfield area\, including Republic\, Hartville\, Willard\, and Branson. Our patients thrive with one-on-one interaction\, and your companionship can make a significant difference in their lives.As a volunteer\, you'll become a personal companion and friend to our patients\, engaging in conversations and activities such as reading\, crafts\, puzzles\, or simply spending quality time together. Your presence brings comfort and joy to those in need.If you're interested in joining us\, please reach out to our Volunteer Coordinator at 417.581.4968 during office hours\, Monday through Friday\, 8 am to 5 pm.
