Family Area!\nCMoR is excited to bring hands-on fun\, creativity\, and the power of play to this beloved Richmond tradition. Volunteers will help support our construction-themed Family Area by assisting with engaging activities\, connecting with children and families\, and helping create a welcoming and playful experience for festival guests.\nThis is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the Richmond community\, represent CMoR\, and help bring the joy of play beyond our museum walls!\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport hands-on activity stations in the Family Area\nHelp children and families participate in creative activities\, including CMoR bag hats\, LEGO building\, hand painting\, sensory experiences\, and more\nWelcome families and start conversations with festival guests\nExplain and demonstrate assigned activities\nEncourage children to explore\, create\, and play\nHelp keep activity areas organized\, stocked\, and ready for the next family\nSupport CMoR staff with keeping activities flowing smoothly\nYou will be assigned to a specific activity station or area and will work alongside CMoR staff throughout your shift.
