DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Caring And Sharing Foundation\, Inc.\n\nMission Tomorrow is a regional\, interactive career exploration experience for eighth grade students across the Greater Richmond region. Each year\, thousands of students engage directly with local employers\, educators\, and training providers to learn about career pathways as they start to envision their futures.\nThrough hands-on activities and structured conversations with professionals\, students explore a wide range of careers and gain a better understanding of the steps they need to take to achieve their goals. Rather than simply observing\, students ask questions\, hear firsthand experiences\, and begin to see how their interests connect to real opportunities in our region.\nThe success of Mission Tomorrow depends on volunteers! We need your help!\nVolunteers ensure that all students enjoy a seamless experience and get the most out of their time at the event. Please consider volunteering your time to support local students as they explore their next steps!\nAll volunteers should be comfortable in a fast-paced\, high-energy environment. Volunteers will sign up for a specific role\, but should be flexible in the event that they are re-assigned to a new task within their shift.\nVolunteers will receive on-site instruction at the beginning of their shift and a t-shirt.\nAvailable volunteer positions:\nNavigators:\n• Welcome\, usher\, and direct student groups through the expo\n• Stay next to the lead teacher\n• Keep a welcoming attitude and encourage students to engage with exhibitors\n• Answer questions and address emergencies/accidents\nZone Volunteers:\n• Help move student groups to the next zone\n• Keep track of time\n• Direct student traffic\n• Help exhibitors with questions\nBus Guides:\n• Meet buses at entrance\n• Assist with bus staging and parking\n• Help load students back onto buses\nWel\n\nDetails: https://findyourtwo.org/opp/?id=29243
