DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Family Service Association (FSA)\n\nMake a difference in your community while gaining valuable experience and building your resume!\nOur Community Center provides a safe\, welcoming environment where children\, families\, adults\, and seniors can connect through programs\, activities\, and community events. We are seeking friendly\, dependable volunteers to support our Community Center Manager and help create a positive experience for everyone who visits.\nVolunteer Responsibilities:\n- Welcome and greet community members\, including participants in the Senior Nutrition Program.\n- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and directing visitors to available programs and resources.\n- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.\n- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks.\n-Help with event setup\, cleanup\, and day-of event support.\n-Assist with Commodity Distribution and the Senior Meal Program.\n-Support community events and special activities throughout the year.\nProvide additional assistance to Community Center staff as needed.\nQualifications:\nFriendly\, professional\, and welcoming attitude. Reliable\, organized\, and willing to work as part of a team.
