By volunteering as a mentor - a "Big" - you have the chance to build a meaningful connection with a young person ("Little") and help them grow\, thrive\, and realize their full potential.What Does a Big Do?As a Big\, you'll be matched with a child between the ages of 6-16. Together\, you’ll spend time out in the community doing things you both enjoy - whether it’s grabbing a snack\, exploring a park\, playing basketball\, or just talking about life. Bigs and Littles typically meet 2-4 times a month\, and those consistent meetups make a lasting impact.By simply showing up\, you’ll:Offer support and encouragement through life’s challengesIntroduce your Little to new experiences and opportunitiesHelp them develop confidence\, skills\, and goalsBe a consistent\, caring presence in their lifeIt’s not about being perfect - it’s about being present.Who Can Be a Big?We welcome mentors from all walks of life!
