The delivery of proper instructional and promoting a welcoming learning environment that provides need skills to support upward economic mobiility\, civic engagement and family educatinal attainment.An Adult Basic Education or Literacy teacher / instructor\, works with adult learners to improve literacy and strengthen basic skills in reading an writing\, to include digital literacy integrated in instruction. Assesses students' educational levels\, skills and goals\, and differentiates instruction as needed for adults at different levels in one class.
