DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Rhode Island Blood Center\n\nPosition Summary:\nWe are seeking volunteers to assist donors during the rollout of our new MAK.care system. Volunteers in this temporary support role will help create donor accounts and print temporary Donor ID barcode labels to ensure a smooth and positive donor experience during check-in.\nResponsibilities:\n- Assist donors with MAK.care account creation\n- Print temporary Donor ID barcode labels\n- Provide friendly guidance and support during donor check-in\n- Communicate questions or concerns to staff as needed\nTraining Provided:\nAll volunteers selected for this role will receive training prior to the MAK.care rollout.\nIdeal Volunteers:\n- Comfortable interacting with donors in a customer-service setting\n- Basic computer and technology skills\n- Friendly\, patient\, and adaptable\n- Willing to learn a new system and support donors through the transition\nTime Commitment:\nFlexible shifts available during the MAK.care implementation period.\nLocations will be the South Massachusetts area - with biggest needs being the Worcester and Seekonk to Dartmouth areas.\n\nDetails: https://findyourtwo.org/opp/?id=63195
