DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Volunteer English Program In Chester County\n\nThe Volunteer English Program invites you to become a one-to-one English tutor to an adult immigrant or refugee in Chester County. Registration is now open for VEP's Virtual Tutor Training Workshop. It is designed to fully prepare volunteer tutors to teach English to VEP’s long waiting list of adult English language learners who live or work in Chester County.Consider this fulfilling opportunity if you...want to make an important and lasting impact on someone’s life and your ownwant to help an adult succeed while strengthening your local communityenjoy learning about other cultureswant to be inspired.VEP professional staff will prepare you to work in-person or virtually with an English language learner at any level of proficiency. Tutor and student will decide whether to meet virtually\, in-person\, or a combination of both.
