Chester County Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) is a non-profit organization located in Coatesville\, serving Chester County by providing free adult basic literacy education and life skills programs that prepare individuals for employment and econimic self sufficiency.The OIC Adult Tutoring Program partners with the Chester County Library in Exton where our office is located.
