DESCRIPTION:Hosted by School on Wheels\n\nAre you passionate about education and want to serve as a role model? Children experiencing homelessness need extra time and attention to succeed in school. Based in Southern California\, School on Wheels provides academic tutoring to children living in shelters\, motels\, vehicles\, group foster homes\, and on the streets. We train and match our volunteers with students in their community\, who then meet weekly to focus on learning.
