DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Unity Hospice of Chicagoland\, Northwest Indiana\, Greater St. Louis and Houston\n\nUnity Hospice is looking for Administrative Volunteers to help support our patients and families behind-the-scenes! These volunteers could perform a variety of roles:Writing cards to patients and familiesHelping to assemble patient intake packets and orientation bindersMaking Care Kits for families facing the end of their loved one's lifeCalling patients/families to check in on their med and supply needsPrinting documentation for our team and facilitiesAssisting with other administrative tasks needed in the officeHospice patients and their families are facing an often difficult end-of-life journey\, and our office team is here to support them in whatever way we can! We love our volunteers and the assistance they provide in making sure our families feel cared for.
