DESCRIPTION:Hosted by AMERICAN NATIONAL RED CROSS\n\nThe Shelter Resident Transition (SRT) Service Associate (SA) is an operational position and is assigned temporarily\, typically on level 4 and above disaster relief operations (DROs). SRT Caseworkers work with shelter residents to understand their resources and transition roadblocks to help households create an individualized action plan so that they can transition from the shelter to a more sustainable living solution.
