The YogAbility™ Institute YogAbility is a compassionate technique which brings the therapeutic practice of Yoga to people with special needs or disabilities. A series of guided and supported gentle poses, combined with breathing and meditation exercises increase motor skills and concentration. YogAbility quiets the nervous system, improves muscular strength and coordination, while building self-esteem. People of all ages, from infants to seniors, who live with physical or mental contraints, can experience new energy and vitality through YogAbility.
