Plain-English version: we collect the minimum we need to connect you with local volunteer opportunities. We don’t sell your data. Ever. If you want us to delete your information, email Help@FindYourTwo.com and we’ll handle it.
What we collect
When you sign up for the waitlist, use the app, or create an account, we may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your zip code, city, or (with your permission) phone GPS location—we use this to show you opportunities near you
- Phone number, if you choose to share it
- Which opportunities you sign up for and your activity on the platform
- For charities: organization name, contact info, and opportunity details you post
That’s it. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Match you with volunteer opportunities near you
- Send you notifications about opportunities, reminders, and the occasional update
- Let charities know when you’ve signed up to help
- Improve how the platform works
- Keep the lights on and comply with the law
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t rent it. We don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.
When you commit to an opportunity, the charity running it gets the info they need to coordinate with you—that’s the whole point. Beyond that, your data stays with us.
Your rights
You can always:
- See what we have on you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your account and data
- Unsubscribe from emails
- Turn off location sharing in the app

Cookies and tracking
We use basic cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how people use the site (what pages work, what doesn’t). We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.
Kids
Find Your Two isn’t for kids under 13. If you’re a minor who wants to volunteer, please do it alongside a parent or guardian who has their own account.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we’ll email you or post a notice in the app. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
