About this opportunity
Spiritual care at end-of-life is just as important as emotional, physical and mental healthcare. Brighton Hospice recognizes this holistic approach to care and seeks people who want to support hospice patients by sharing space, reading the Bible or other spiritual material, or praying with them to support their spiritual care plan. You get specialized training to help understand the hospice mission and spirituality at end-of-life.
No evangelizing or trying to convert and / or "fix" someone.
Pass a background check, take a TB test, complete orientation and mentor with hospice staff.
