Pet's For Life Program Assistance

Volunteer Position Summary:
This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and organization of PCC's Pet's For Life program.
Working Relationships:
Works closely with our Pet's For Life Program Manager and members of the community
Core responsibilities:
Assist with database management - enter and maintain data in online system
Review voicemails and create action lists for the Program Manager to ensure timely follow-up with clients
Assist with organizing, tracking, and restocking program supplies and materials
Provide courteous and professional communication with clients as needed
Time Commitment and Location:
Day & Hours: Mondays, hours flexible
Volunteering from home is possible once trained & comfortable with work
Qualifications/Requirements:
Training provided on the PFL program, policies, and administrative processes
Comfortable using a computer and communicating by phone and email

Minimum age: 18.
