Scott Hamilton & Friends Annual Gala

Join the team behind the 10th Annual Scott Hamilton & Friends at Bridgestone Arena and the Omni Hotel, an evening of world class skating and music that raises funds for breakthrough cancer research. Volunteers make this night possible, and we would be glad to have you with us.
What You Will Do
Volunteers support event registration and the setup and breakdown of the After Show and silent auction, along with other event day tasks as assigned. Shifts vary in length and start time, so please come ready to be flexible.
Who We Are Looking For
We are a small team, which means our volunteers matter enormously. We are looking for people who are independent, mature, and comfortable taking initiative with light direction. If you enjoy being trusted to carry your piece of a big night, you will fit right in.
What You Receive
Every volunteer receives free parking, refreshments, a meal (lunch, dinner, or both, depending on your shift), and a ticket to the Ice Show at 4:00 pm at Bridgestone Arena.
Before the Event: Mandatory Orientation
All volunteers must attend one virtual orientation plus training call(s) before event day. These video meetings are required, not optional: they are how we make sure event day runs smoothly for everyone. Multiple time slots are available, so simply choose one that fits your schedule when you sign up.
On Event Day
• Lunch and Learn. We break for lunch at the Omni Hotel for a short refresher covering remaining tasks, the event schedule, silent auction details (ClickBid), and questions and answers. Please sign up for the lunch so we can plan food accordingly.
• Tickets and parking. You will receive your Ice Show ticket and parking validation at the Lunch and Learn. If you miss it, check in with Anne upon arrival at the Omni Hotel.
• Dinner. Provided for al
