About this opportunity

The Holy Cross Ministries mission is to build local organizational capacity, address the systemic root causes of generational poverty, and to promote self-sufficiency among underserved and immigrant families. The Volunteer Coordinator will increase Holy Cross Ministries' capacity to serve low-income immigrant and refugee individuals and families by developing, implementing, and sustaining a volunteer program. The member will recruit, train, engage, and support volunteers while building the systems, resources, and processes necessary for long-term program sustainability and growth. The project will strengthen community engagement and expand the organization's ability to address health-related and poverty-related needs.
