About this opportunity
Join Bayou Preservation on April 24th, as we plant wildflowers and riparian plants at Dawson-Lunnon, a historically African American cemetery established in 1915 along Country Club Bayou.As Bayou Preservation continues revitalizing the surrounding landscape, we are restoring the riparian areas around the water, to provide wildlife habitat, reduce erosion, filter pollutants, and absorb stormwater runoff.Planting will be on April 24, 2027 for 2-3 hours in the morning!
