Position OverviewJoin our amazing volunteer team of Nurse Practioners , MD's and Nurses to help provide quality primary health care during clinic hours. CarePoint Clinic is a growing clinic All providers must be licensed, when volunteering with CarePoint the Volunteer and Retired Providers Insurance (VRP Program) is available at no charge to you. Reports to Clinic Coordinator.Clinic Hours are Wednesdays and Thursday 9:30 am - 2:30 pm and 2nd Saturday's 8:30 am - 1:30 pmResponsibilities and DutiesSupports the mission of CarePoint ClinicIs able to work at least one 4 hour shift per monthArrives 30 minutes prior to their shift to be ready for the first appointment time of the shiftCompletes all patient records in the EMR system
About CarePoint Clinic
CarePoint Clinic provides free high-quality primary health care for all people in the Snoqualmie Valley and surrounding areas. Our doors opened in November of 2016 and we are a small, but growing clinic that believes that everyone should have access to primary health care.Our dedicated space is in the Family Life Center at SVA Church in Fall City. We are open on Wednesdays from 10 am - 4 pm and while we prefer appointments, we will accommodate walk in appointments at our next available opening.
