Give a fellow veteran and their family comfort, by sharing your time, your compassion and your understanding.This is a special volunteer opportunity for veterans to help fellow veterans during end of life care. Please consider joining our volunteer team and help others in a way that only you can.Spend time visiting with a veteran-share stories, listen and reminisce. Provide a break for families who may need some downtime.Must be 18 years of age, complete a Background Check, health history and online training.
About Aurora at Home Hospice
Aurora at Home Hospice provides home care with inpatient care if necessary for symptom control. Quality of life, symptom management and control, as well as emotional and spiritual balance are objectives of all staff involved in patient/family care. Hospice enhances the quality of remaining life by promoting comfort and choice.
