A Big is a trusted mentor matched one-on-one with a Little, a young person between the ages of 6 and 22, who is looking for support, encouragement, and someone in their corner.Whether you're grabbing coffee, hopping on a video call, or playing a board game, it’s the relationship that matters most.Choose a Mentoring Option That Fits Your Life:Community-Based Mentoring: Meet with your Little 2 to 4 times a month out in the community, like parks, coffee shops, museums, or wherever you enjoy spending time.School-Based Mentoring: Visit your Little weekly during the school day for lunch, games, or conversation on campus.Big Futures: A primarily virtual mentoring program for young people ages 15 to 22 that focuses on post-high school support, goal setting, college and career planning, and life skills.You don’t need any special training or experience.
