About this opportunity

Engage in a Volunteer opportunity that fills your heart and brings peace to a person nearing the end of their life. Volunteers provide companionship to patients and their families, offer socialization, play games, bake cookies or watch the Bucs game! Volunteers can sit bedside with patients to hold Vigil so that no one dies alone. Administrative Volunteers work in our office filing, creating mailers, or calling patients, etc. We love pet volunteers, Reiki volunteers, music volunteers, and can utilize any talents you would like to Volunteer!
Training to become a Volunteer is virtual and go at your own pace. Volunteer hours are flexible as you set your schedule- decide how long, when, and where you want to Volunteer as our patients are located all over Pinellas County. A 4 hour monthly minimum requirement is appreciated of our Volunteers. Ask about our internship opportunities!
We politely request that Volunteers are able to provide 4 Volunteer hours per month.
