The American Red Cross is seeking a front desk volunteer, who will meet and greet, interact with, and assist all who visit our facility. This volunteer will be the first point of contact and will assist with answering any needs/questions.Front Desk Volunteer Responsibilities: Assist with check-in process of volunteers, staff, and visitors.Assist with incoming mail handling of packages.Answering incoming calls and directing them to party requested and also providing resources to those in need of service.Time Commitment: The available shift times are 9am-1pm and 1pm -4pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The Red Cross is able to be flexible with the shifts as well.
