Hospice care is a promise...a promise to patients who are facing the most difficult time of life, when choices seem few, and the patient and family situation is most fragile.Our program utilizes a team approach to meet the physical, social, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families. This team includes the medical director, attending physician, nurses, certified nurses assistants, social workers, home health aides, spiritual counselors, bereavement counselors, and volunteers.We depend on our volunteers to help us provide the extra love and care our clients and their families need at this time in their life.
