Youth & Family Services Capacity Building VISTA

The Youth & Family Services Capacity Building VISTA will strengthen systems, community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and resource development efforts that expand services for youth and families experiencing housing instability, family conflict, runaway situations, and related crises. The member will build organizational capacity by developing sustainable volunteer management systems, strengthening community outreach efforts, enhancing resource referral networks, improving program evaluation tools, and supporting grant and fundraising initiatives. These activities will help increase access to services and improve long-term outcomes for vulnerable youth and families.
