About this opportunity

The mission of the Wisconsin Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) is to support, strengthen, and advocate for Wisconsin¿s free and charitable clinics, the patients they serve, and the communities with whom they partner. This project will take place at the Waukesha Free Clinic in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The Waukesha Free Clinic provides medical care, mental health services, and supportive resources to individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing barriers to accessing care in Waukesha County. The clinic relies on a combination of staff, volunteers, and community partnerships to meet the growing demand for services and has become a critical safety-net provider in the region. As patient needs increase and systems evolve, the clinic is seeking to strengthen its internal infrastructure, particularly around policies, data management, volunteer coordination, and chronic disease support programs. A comprehensive review and improvement of clinic processes will help ensure sustainability, consistency, and responsiveness to community needs.
