High Rocks - Greenbrier County Health Alliance

GCHA is a non-profit organization made of many people and organizations working together to reduce health disparities across Greenbrier County. Our goal is to make better use of existing resources through a strength-based approach of grassroots organizing, collaborative planning, strategic implementation, and networking to sustain practical initiatives that create opportunities to improve health. We believe in making connections and working together. We value positive, solution-focused communication. We are committed to developing relationships that are respectful and
mutually beneficial, with a focus on shared goals. We intend to listen to what our partners say, engage with them, and take action together. We share what we learn with others and will contribute to the national discussion around the importance of rural community engagement. We are investing in data collection structures so that we are accountable to ourselves and to those we serve and so we may study and refine what works.
