The Carnegie Grant Initiative expands learning, career exploration, workforce readiness, and skill-building opportunities for youth and young adults. The VISTA will strengthen the systems that support these programs and help create sustainable resources for continued impact.
What You¿ll Do
¿ Develop program tools, tracking systems, and implementation resources.
¿ Strengthen data collection, evaluation, and grant reporting.
¿ Support youth workforce development and career exploration activities.
¿ Coordinate with schools, community partners, and internal teams.
¿ Develop communications, success stories, and impact materials.
¿ Document best practices and processes for long-term sustainability.
Who We¿re Looking For
We seek an organized, collaborative, and motivated individual passionate about youth and community development. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills are important. Experience with data, spreadsheets, program coordination, or nonprofit work is a plus.
