Community Health Outreach and Recovery Support Member

The AmeriCorps Member's charge is to build organizational capacity by strengthening community outreach efforts, increasing access to health education and preventive health resources, and improving connections between underserved community members and available health and social support services. Increasing organizational capacity to address barriers to care is critical to the sustainability of Pamela Parker Community Outreach Clinic and WAFCC. The AmeriCorps Member will support efforts to expand community awareness of available services, improve participant engagement, and strengthen resource navigation systems that help individuals access needed care and support.
