At Choice Hospice we serve our patients with incredible medical care and by being present. It is compassionate to listen, to visit, and be able to sit with a patient while the spouse runs to the store, the post office or the bank.It is simple, doable and wonderful for the patient's family.What we need you to do:Complete the Choice Volunteer application bundleGive us a snapshot or copy of 2 current ID'sComplete - Background check/fingerprintOrientation -We have an amazing volunteer team, but we need you as our patients increase we need more volunteers.You will never regret volunteering for us.All the best,Deborah BoothCoordinator - Volunteer Department
