Vegetation and Trash Cleanup Near Dyke Marsh

The Friends of Mount Vernon Trail are not spooked by trash or invasive vegetation. We will be improving the trail near Dyke Marsh. All ages are welcome and no special skills are required. For more information, check out the EventBrite page! The event is free but registration is required.
We welcome groups to come volunteer at our events. If you plan on having more than 10 people come on a particular weekend, just let us know via email (hello@mountvernontrail.org) no less than one week prior to the day of the event.
Are you a Scout troop leader? Our events are great for troops looking for volunteer hours. Please reach out as we have patches we can distribute at the event!
