About Community Support Network (CSN)

Believes that people who are vulnerable, mentally ill, or homeless can lead satisfying lives and be valued members of our community. Collaborates with clients, local governments, social service agencies and the private sector to provide support, housing and training for independent living. Provides rehabilitation helping individuals reach and maintain their optimal level of social, emotional, mental and physical well-being.
