MyMichigan Hospice and Home Care services terminally ill patients and their families at end of life. Focusing on a holistic approach of addressing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of both patient and family, enabling the patient to life as fully and comfortably as possible while remaining in the comfort of home. Hospice volunteers are an integral part of the hospice care team. Volunteers provide patients, family members and caregivers with physical and emotional during this important, sacred, and stressful time. Caring for a terminally ill loved one can be exhausting and volunteers can provide opportunity for a much-needed break. MyMichigan Hospice services Bay, Clare, Gladwin, Midland, Gratiot, Isabella, Montcalm, and Saginaw counties, as well as at Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant.
