About Canine Miracles for Heroes

Canine Miracles for Heroes is dedicated to serving our heroes; veterans, and emergency personnel suffering the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).Our mission states that, motivated by the love of God, we are a nonprofit organization that provides military veterans and emergency personnel suffering from PTSD and other trauma, with life-altering companionship through the placement of highly trained working service dogs.Our goal is to help as many veterans and emergency personnel as possible throughout Iowa to overcome the effects of PTSD through trained service dogs. To expand our impact, we will also provide training guidance to those military veterans and emergency personnel who already have their own dogs. Providing the dog tests well and would be a good fit as a service dog.
