Unity Hospice was founded in 1992 by a successful businessman who wanted to make a difference in people’s lives. His mission was to bring premier hospice care to those in need, and to help patients and their loved ones make the final months, weeks and days comfortable and meaningful. That heart & soul flows through our family-owned and operated agency to this very day. We have a non-profit foundation that we use to help provide patients with unique experiences if they are able to be transported safely, it also helps patients families who need help covering the cost of a funeral.1.
