How To Delete Your Account

You can securely delete your account directly from within the Find Your Two mobile app:

• 1.
  Open the app and tap your Profile icon
• 2.
  Go to Settings (gear icon)
• 3.
  Scroll to the bottom of the menu
• 4.
  Tap “Delete Account”
• 5.
  Confirm your choice in the pop-up dialog

What Gets Permanently Deleted

• Volunteer Profile Info
• Charity & Org Profiles
• Participation History
• Impact Statistics
• Achievement Badges
• Notification History
• Profile Photos
• Device Push Tokens

Data Retention Policy

Personal data is scrubbed immediately upon deletion request. We do not retain archives or backups of your profile once the process is confirmed.
