About this opportunity

Store to Door supports independent living for seniors and adults with disabilities by providing an affordable, personal, volunteer-based grocery shopping and delivery service in Portland, Oregon.
Food Box Kindness Couriers (drivers) Needed! If you are looking for a fulfilling weekly volunteer position helping seniors and people with disabilities maintain their independence, this is for you!
Deliveries are made on Fridays between 10am and 12pm. Food boxes are already packed and ready for pickup at the Portland Open Bible Church. Each week you'll deliver to your clients, enjoy a brief visit, and know you've made a huge difference to someone in need.
We have routes available in SE, NE, N, SW Portland and Beaverton! You use your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed, 62.5 cents every mile). Valid drivers license and background check required. Complete training is provided.

Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this opportunity.
