FAQs
FIND YOUR TWO is focused on combating loneliness, social isolation, and emotional disconnection by helping people build meaningful, lasting support networks. Our cause centers on mental well-being through human connection.
Studies show that having even one or two close, supportive relationships can reduce anxiety, improve resilience, and lead to better physical and emotional health. Our cause matters because no one should have to face life’s challenges alone.
We help individuals of all ages, but especially youth, young adults, and those experiencing transition, trauma, or disconnection. Whether someone is new to a city, recovering from hardship, or struggling with mental health, our mission is to ensure they find “their two.”
We provide mentorship programs, peer connection opportunities, support groups, and outreach initiatives. By facilitating two meaningful connections per person, we create a ripple effect of belonging and well-being.
We focus on quality over quantity — we don’t aim to build big social circles, just the right two people who can be a lifeline. It’s a simple, scalable, and deeply personal model that leads to lasting impact.
We track the number of successful connections, participant feedback, and improvements in emotional health through regular surveys and impact stories. Real people, real stories, and real outcomes drive our mission forward.
